Snoring often happens when your jaw and tongue relax backwards during sleep, narrowing the airway. Snorex gently holds your lower jaw in a comfortable forward position, helping to keep your airway clearer — so you (and whoever sleeps next to you) can enjoy quieter nights.
How to use
How to use
- Take Snorex out of its sealed pouch and rinse it.
- Put it in before you go to sleep — it adapts to your bite as you wear it. Some people like to wet it with water first; that’s up to you.
- In the morning, rinse it under cool water and let it air dry.
It can feel a little unfamiliar for the first few nights. Most people get used to it quickly.

Snorex is designed for simple snoring. It isn’t a treatment for sleep apnoea. If you or your partner notice pauses in breathing, choking or gasping at night, or you feel very tired during the day, please speak to your GP first.
Not suitable if you have dentures, loose teeth, braces, gum disease or jaw joint (TMJ) problems, or if you’re under 18. If you feel pain in your teeth or jaw, stop using it and speak to your dentist.
