Return & Refund Policy

Unopened items
For hygiene reasons, every Snorex mouthpiece comes in a sealed pouch. You can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Email support@snorex.store and we’ll send you the return address. Return postage is paid by you. We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item.

Opened items
Opened items can’t be returned, unless they’re faulty.

Faulty or wrong items
Received something faulty, damaged or wrong? Email support@snorex.store within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
