Will Snorex stop my snoring?

Snorex is designed to reduce snoring caused by your jaw relaxing backwards during sleep. Results vary from person to person. It isn't a treatment for sleep apnoea — if you notice pauses in breathing or gasping at night, please speak to your GP.

Does it fit everyone?

It's one size and adapts to your bite as you wear it.

Is it comfortable?

It's thin and low-profile. The first few nights can feel unfamiliar. If you feel pain in your teeth or jaw, stop using it and speak to your dentist.

Who shouldn't use it?

It isn't suitable if you have dentures, loose teeth, braces, gum disease or jaw joint (TMJ) problems, or if you're under 18.

How do I clean it?

Rinse it under cool water every morning and let it air dry.
